Implants and front tooth implants from a specialist

One, two or more teeth are missing? Is it a front tooth? Then you want to close the gap – with natural-looking dentures. The new tooth should not only fulfill its function when chewing, but should also feel and, above all, look as if it were your own healthy tooth. This affects all teeth and is particularly important for front teeth in the visible area. It is therefore understandable that those affected are very concerned that the dentures could have a negative impact.

The optimal solution: dental implants

In most cases, a dental implant is the ideal solution to replace missing teeth aesthetically, functionally and permanently. Dental implants are anchored into the jawbone instead of a natural tooth root. The actual dentures are attached to this: crowns for individual missing teeth or prostheses made up of several teeth for missing rows of teeth. But those affected often shy away from lengthy, time-consuming treatments and countless visits to the dentist, possibly at different practices – from the family dentist to the orthodontist to the implantologist and back again.

But that is completely unnecessary! Today, the entire treatment can take place in a single practice with complete care – with a relatively short treatment time compared to conventional solutions.

All-round care for implants from the implant specialist

You can usually only get complete care from a dentist who specializes in implantology. Such a form of treatment saves time and money because it includes DVT diagnostics, precise computer-aided planning, inserting the implant, providing dentures as well as complete aftercare and maintenance of your dental implants. In a figurative sense, your dentures are made of one piece. In contrast, practices that work purely on implantology focus on placing the implant, so you have to visit several different dentists.

Individual advice and reliable 3D diagnostics (DVT) and planning

As part of a detailed personal consultation and careful examination of the individual requirements with the help of 3D diagnostics (DVT), we first decide which type of implant treatment is right for you. In my practice in Gräfelfing / Munich, for example, we work with state-of-the-art X-ray diagnostics. The different imaging procedures provide us with absolutely precise information about your jaw and tooth situation. The digital volume tomogram (DVT) creates layer images without overlay that show even the smallest bone structures in detail.
